This is a merchandising project of inviting Lane Crawford to the United States. Also, we decided to introduce a private jewelry label to Lane Crawford. 

This project mainly focused on merchandising and calendar planning, jewelry tech pack and cost calculating practices. In order to present a full package, various marketing plans are included in the last part as well.
